A holiday farmhouse located on the panoramic hills of Le Marche

San Lorenzo in Torre is a holiday farm in a panoramic position on the slopes of the hills between Piobbico and Urbania, at 518 metres above sea level, with a view of the Candigliano valley and Mount Nerone. The building is on the edge of a large protected wooded area and surrounded by turkey oaks, walnut trees, elms, acacias, etc. It consists of 3 separate lodgings comprised in a formally rural house included in a complex dating back to the late 19th century, which includes also a church and its adjacent presbytery. One of the three lodgings and the relevant bathroom are accessible to disabled persons. Each lodging has a fully equipped open-air area for outdoor meals and relax. A detached solarium in a panoramic position is equipped with beach umbrellas, beach mattresses and a swimming pool. The structure equipment is completed by a barbecue area, an old oven and a playground for kids. The holiday farm has also a shaded parking area.

Agricultural Activities

The farm covers an area of about 13 hectares. It consists mainly of a wooded area (about 10 hectares), with the remaining part fit for seed and meadow-pasture.
